The Inner Court — Founding Membership

The Inner Court

A quiet place to go deeper

Most spiritual content online is noise. The Inner Court is the opposite. It is a calm, members-only space for people who take inner practice seriously and want guidance they can actually trust. Every practice we teach is reviewed against the evidence, drawn from real traditions, and offered without hype.

What you receive each month

A live practice and Q&A

We sit together once a month, then you can ask anything. Recorded for members who cannot make the time.

A private, calm community

Moderated and free of noise. Share practice notes and honest questions with people doing the same work.

A simple progression tracker

See your consistency over weeks and months, so practice becomes a rhythm rather than a resolution.

Member-only safety deep-dives

The cautions many teachers skip, written plainly and cited, so you can practice without guessing.

Why the Inner Court is different

For every practice, we separate four things and label which is which: what the tradition teaches, what practitioners report, what the evidence shows, and what is safe. You are never asked to take a claim on faith, and you always know whether you are reading scripture, anecdote, a study, or a safety note. That honesty is the whole point. It is also what lets you go deep without losing your footing.

Depth without confusion. Trust without hype.

Questions, answered plainly

Is this medical or therapeutic?

No. The Inner Court is educational. It is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you have a health condition, please speak with your doctor.

Do I need experience?

No. The guides start from the beginning and go deeper over time, so you can join wherever you are and still follow along.

Which traditions do you draw from?

Meditation, qigong, neigong, and internal alchemy, drawn from Taoist, Buddhist, and contemplative sources and taught in plain language. We describe what each tradition teaches without asserting metaphysical claims as fact.

Can I cancel?

Anytime, in a couple of clicks. You keep access through the period you have already paid for.

Do you make health claims?

No. Where we mention research, we cite it and state its limits. We do not promise outcomes, and we do not claim to treat, cure, or prevent anything.
